Heavenly Wellness Inc, doing business as Heavenly Spa (“we”, “us”, “our”), operates the website at heavenlyspabooking.com and the booking and communication services described below. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Booking details — your name, phone number, email address, the service you booked, the appointment date and time, and any optional notes you provide.
• Account information (optional) — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile photo. We never receive your Google password.
• Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page accessed, timestamp) used only for security and debugging.

We do not collect any payment information through this website at this time. Payment is taken in person at the spa.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your appointment.
• To send you a Google Calendar invitation, an SMS confirmation, and an SMS reminder approximately 24 hours before your appointment.
• To respond to questions or requests you send us.
• To keep an internal record of past appointments so staff can provide better care on future visits.

SMS messaging consent

By providing your phone number on the booking form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Heavenly Spa about your appointment: an immediate booking confirmation and a reminder approximately 24 hours before your appointment. We send at most 2 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointment — please call us at (619) 505-0259 to cancel.

Third-party service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and only receive the data needed for the specific service they perform.

• Google (Calendar & Sheets) — we store your appointment details in our Google Calendar and an internal Google Sheet so we can manage bookings.
• Twilio — we send SMS confirmations and reminders to your phone number through Twilio.
• Vercel — our website is hosted on Vercel, which sees standard server logs.

We do not sell or share your information for marketing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number, email, name, or appointment information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose. The only parties that receive your data are the service providers listed above, strictly to deliver the booking and notification service you signed up for.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information are excluded from such sharing.

Data retention

We retain appointment records (name, phone, email, service, date) in our internal Google Sheet as a business record. You can request that we delete your personal information by emailing dulin8826@gmail.com. We will honor that request within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records).

Your rights and choices

• Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any SMS message.
• Access or delete your data: email dulin8826@gmail.com with your request.
• California residents: you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know, delete, and opt out. Contact us using the email above.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
