These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at heavenlyspabooking.com and the booking services offered by Heavenly Wellness Inc, doing business as Heavenly Spa. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Booking and appointments

You may book an appointment through the website by selecting a service, date, and time, and providing your contact information. Bookings are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation by email and (if enabled) SMS.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if availability changes, if information you provide is incorrect, or if we are unable to safely deliver the service.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at (619) 505-0259 at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee in the future once we introduce online payment. Until then, please be considerate of our therapists' time.

Payment

Payment for services is collected in person at the spa at this time. Prices listed on the website are subject to change; the price quoted on your confirmation is the price you pay.

SMS messaging

By providing your phone number you agree to receive transactional SMS from Heavenly Spa (appointment confirmation and reminder). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Frequency is approximately 2 messages per booking. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or make fraudulent bookings.
• Use the site to harass, abuse, or harm other persons.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the admin dashboard, or any underlying systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or otherwise interfere with the site.

Health and safety

Massage and body-recovery treatments are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any health concern, please consult your physician before booking and notify your therapist at the start of your session.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heavenly Spa disclaims all warranties (express or implied) and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and the "Last updated" date will always be visible at the top of this page.
